A few mixed comments on here but in all fairness to SG Petch Durham after three services using the prepaid service plan there I am very pleased with the whole thing, on the last service I mentioned I had trouble a couple of times starting the car and said I had read on forums there was an issue with the battery they fitted a new battery no fuss, and did a few other small fixes as well, cleaned the car inside and out, and another year free for Nissan roadside assist following the service, courteous and friendly.
