Disgraceful

“A car should be of satisfactory condition” ie drivable?? Within a week of buying a car it started to go wrong. 3 batteries later and a quote for over £1000 for repairs I requested a legal refund/repair/replacement. This was in February 2018! A year later and many (ignored) emails from myself plus agreements made and broken (by them) I still have no refund and they have my car! Disgusting attitude from Vanquish Autos.
