I purchased a vehicle from AAA Drivewise Contracts Ltd in January 2015. The staff were great at the beginning when I was spending money but not so helpful when I arrived to collect the car. I travelled from Northern Ireland to collect the vehicle. There was no one there to meet me and when I eventually met a staff member I was shown the vehicle and drove it to find that there had been part worn tyres fitted making the car terrible to drive. A further junior member of staff arrived and upon significant arguments about the state of the tyres, I was asked to take the car to a tyre dealer in the back streets of Preston where I spent a further 2 hours arguing via telephone with the same junior staff member from Drivewise over the price of new tyres. When finally sorted I was promised that the second key for the vehicle and the V5 would follow swiftly in the post. Months later and lots of telephone calls and emails I eventually received the V5 but no key. Lots more emails and phone calls continually being told lies about the whereabouts of my spare key, I was eventually told that Drivewise didn't have the key but they would pay for a new one. Following a trip to my local dealer and the purchase of a new key, I sent the invoice to Drivewise who agreed to pay. Weeks later lots more telephone calls numerous emails and finally a letter advising that the matter was be referred to the Courts to recover the outstanding money, I eventually receive payment for the key. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, customer service is non existent and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid AAA Drivewise.
