I've had the misfortune of visiting Kendal Seat twice now. The first 3 years ago should have taught me a lesson. The salesman refused to discuss anything other than the preregistered Leon Estate FR that they clearly needed to sell rather than the lower trim model I was actually interested in. Because they didn't listen to the customer I walked away and bought a Skoda. This weekend I went in to look at a SEAT Arona. The salesman was very helpful (the reason its 2 stars and not 0!) taking me out for a test drive and trying his best to make a deal. However it appears that this garage has a policy of only giving a detailed quote to customers who are seriously interested in placing an order there and then. Anyone who is shopping around for deals gets nothing! I won't return, I'd rather travel to Lancaster or Preston than be treated like this.
