Badly service!
Hi all! I just want to leave a brief of why my displeasure with the Van Monster. A few months ago I bought a Van and they sent my details wrong to DVLA and after I never received the documentation on my address, I'm doing a lot of job in central London zone 1 ( congestion charge) and now I need to pay 20 penalties charge because they made this mistake and don't want resolve it, they said is my fault do not add my van in autopay, so If my address is correct at DVLA system I never getting 20 penalties because when the first penalty arrived at my home I will sort out the problem! They don't want to pay for their mistake! Ridiculous!!! We are all liable to make mistakes, but we must responsible them! I never back and recommend for nobody!! Erenilson Bessa. Andover.
