Consistently poor customer service

Over the last 3 years my experience of Porsche Centre Sheffield has been beyond belief with awful customer service. Especially when you are spending £60 K + . From answering the phone (No one there) to ordering the correct boot mat (Wrong one again) to pestering me for 3 months about booking the cars first MOT but not being able to contact me about ordering a new Porsche . Just not good enough (Moan Over).
