Rubbish Customer Service

The Salesman at Auto Nation was polite etc as expected. Unfortunately the car we bought had a DPF fault which after driving, caused the turbo to blow and nearly caused a huge M5 accident! The bosses decision was not to follow the law and repair the vehicle! A very shady solicitors letter followed when I said that I had informed Trading Standards.... All Auto Nation did was ignore the complaint! Unacceptable after sales service!!!! ACE inspectors proved that at the point of sale, the fault was there and it should have been rectified!!!!! £2300 to repair!!! G Davies
