Absolutely awful!
After booking the day off work, I called and spoke to a man named Warren at Highbarn Motorcycles.. around 9am I explained to him I had an appointment at 11am so couldn’t leave until after then, he asked if I could call before I left just to confirm the bike hadn’t been sold - fair enough. I called back around 11.30 and spoke to Warren again, he offered me a “gentleman’s agreement” and stated he would not sell the bike to anyone until I had had chance to view the bike. So I drove for 2 hours and finally got to Highbarn Motorcycles to find that the bike had been sold to another gentleman!! Much to my disgust! When we had a so called “gentleman’s agreement”! Warren had been on his lunch and forget to mention this small fact to his colleagues, the man who I was speaking to called out Warren from the office and he was nothing more than a young kid answering the phone playing receptionist - a bad one at that! I aired my concerns after wasting a day’s leave, time and the cost of fuel they seemed less than concerned! After making a 4 hour round trip I am absolutely appalled at their level of customer service clearly their word means nothing! I can only imagine how poor the after sale service would be, what a total bunch of time wasters, I wouldn’t spend a penny of my money in that shop in the future and I would advise you all to think twice! I barely got an a apology, absolutely shocking, quite clearly don’t no what they are doing!!
