Most unhelpful manager I've ever met

This dealerships manager lost out on a 23k sale for the sake of £200. The manager refused to negotiate and went back on his word after we had already reserved the car. Feeling really disappointed and let down by the manager of this branch, who clearly needs to learn the art of customer service. Avoid Arnold Clark Glasgow Shields Road at all costs if you can.
