Terrible experience

What a terrible experience from both Grange Jaguar Welwyn "Service" and "Sales" departments. Service department have stated that tyres etc are not covered by my Service Contract, but they were (would have cost me £800+ if I had gone out and bought them!), and when looking at getting a new car the salesman forgets to call me back!!! Have requested to be removed from their automated emails and am still getting them!!! DO NOT USE GRANGE JAGUAR. (but I do love my XE, hence getting a new one from a different dealer)
