I have had to put one star in order to post a review about Furrows FordStore Telford, to be honest I wouldn't give them any stars. I could only describe the staff in the service centre as a dis interested with a real couldn't be bothered attitude. Along with being charged for work that did not need to be completed, no investigation into the problem with my car even though it is still in warranty. Felt like they had no idea of what they were doing it felt like they were almost guessing. Only to be told that they no longer want to deal with my car....this may because I asked for a refund for work that did not fix the problem and clearly did not require doing £210!!!!. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
