Had my ranger booked in with TrustFord Bristol Cribbs Causeway for a headlamp issue and clutch issue, 4 times the appointment was changed as there wasnt a courtesy van available, and they only let me know once that this was the case. After being told the repair would be approx £2k, I sent it back to the Ford dealership I purchased it from to find that the computer needed a reset as the bulb had caused it to shut the power down to the light. Would have cost approx £25 or so... Wouldn't look at an unrelated clutch issue until I pushed, said they couldn't find it or get it to 'fault', within minutes of leaving the showroom the clutch issue reappeared, and continues to fault quite regularly. I wouldn't trust this Ford dealership with changing a bulb, incompetence shines through from customer facing staff to the so called technicians in the background. Nothing about my experience in cribbs causeway has been acceptable, let alone what anyone could consider good, or even adequate. Avoid them at all costs!
