New Mazda 6 Mk2. a disaster

TW White and Sons Bookkham mission statement is :- "To obtain total customer satisfaction by providing exceptional value for money and a level of customer care exceeded by none". Brought Mazda 6 Mk2 from them and there was many faults with the electrics, which they seemed to not be able to fix, There was also lack of contact from them when the car went in, etc etc... After many months 'battling' with them and Mazda, I finally got some of my retirement money back. I will finish by saying that even the Mazda inspectors were surprised with this garage.
