Be wary

Viewed a car being sold by Edinburgh Motors, and was offered a very short test drive (pretty much around the block). The service logbook included a handwritten note indicating the timing belt and water pump had recently been changed. This was in a car that has a timing chain, and is reasonably well known to those in the motor industry for having one. Tread carefully and do your research first.
