Honesty goes a long way..

Called up the Birmingham Car Clearance Centre about the car for my little sister who is 18 and wanting to buy her first car. Left £20 deposit to save a few days. Arrived a few days later and what we arrived to was an absolute joke! Travelled 4 hours in total and the car was covered in scratches, dints, scuffs, glove box hanging off, seat belts broke. Nothing was mentioned in advertisement about this. I expect scratched and scuffs as the car is a 57 plate. But not like this.. it was covered in them. It was battered. Just think some honesty to the cars body work would of been good. Im not talking about little scuffs there was major bodywork problems. I messaged them to say maybe next time be honest on description about things like that and they totally ignored me. No sorry reply, no offer to refund our £20 just totally blanked me. Very unprofessional. I felt tricked into paying £20 to hold the car because im positive no one would buy it for £1500 as advertised.
