Approved BMW definitely not

My vehicle 320Msport convertibile was approved by my insurance it had rear end damage & therfore had Wheel Aligment. When I recievied the vehicle back it was pulling serverly to the left,Sytner BMW was not helpful in any way so took my vehicle to another tyre store for a 2nd opinion & found there was a large piece of the tyre damaged the size of a 50p coin & I was told to change both tyres immediately as could burst at anytime. I can not believe Sytner did not inform me of this as this is a routine check when Wheel Aligment is carried out. Never again will I use this so called Approved Garage as had I not taken the vehicle to another garage there could have been serious consequences.This is the 2nd issue I have with Sytner Mini Slough.
