I was searching for a 2nd hand Mondeo to fit my budget and had to be exactly as described. I looked at 3 other traders advertising similar cars as "immaculate" and "superb". All 3 of them appeared to have body damage akin to a war zone! I spoke on the phone to Martin (owner of MGP car sales) I asked him in detail about the bodywork of a 12yr old Mondeo he was advertising for sale. He assured me with further details and history about this vehicle that it was amazing for its age and very low mileage. I took a big chance after my past experiences, and took the train to buy the car. I was met at the train station by another colleague, Shane. He picked me up in the very car I wanted to buy. Straight away, I could see the car was superb. Shane then obliged and let me drive the car back to the garage. It drove beautiful. The low mileage reflecting that the car felt tight and silent to drive. It was like driving a brand new car. On arrival at the garage, Shane made me a welcome cup of coffee. I then met Martin who was very friendly and helpful....He even gave me £20 to put in petrol to get me home. I've never had such a great experience buying a second hand car.....until now! I drove home 85 miles in the car which never missed a beat or gave me anything to find fault with. I would definitely recommend MGP car sales of Derby to anyone, no matter what your budget is.
