DREADFUL customer service.
Sales Manager Mark Spindley is the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. BEWARE. He offered one price during the negotiation, I walked away thinking I couldn't afford it, the next morning (not 12 hours later) changed my mind and he denies all knowledge of offering that price and fobs it off as 'a question'. He's rude on the phone, all he cares about is his squeezing as much money as possible out of his honest customers. Told a complete lie about the sales rep making me aware that the price of the car would go up by £1000 that night if I did not agree to the deal, despite the sales manager not being present during the negotiation. Are these the kind of people you want to buy a car from? Resent ever setting foot in their showroom. Lovely car, nasty salesmen.
