Don't waste your time or money.
Jap Autos of Mount Pleasant Rd, Southampton SO14 0EG, sold me a faulty Toyota Alphard Campervan. I wasted nearly six months trying to have it repaired correctly or a full refund from them. Eventually, after two unsuccessful repair attempts and the threat of legal action, they finally offered a refund, but refused to refund my direct expenses, which were quite considerable, given that I'd travelled nearly a thousand miles round trip to collect the camper, plus the additional costs of the repair, then the tax, insurance etc. Thankfully though, I knew my rights and pursued Jap Autos through the Bank, who, based on all the evidence, agreed with me that there was misrepresentation and breach of contract on their part and awarded me the full purchase price, direct expenses and interest. The whole experience was horrendous, very stressful and time consuming and if it wasn't for the Bank it could have been a very long drawn out legal process. My advice when purchasing a vehicle, use your CC for part or full payment and get everything in writing, as some dealers are not as honest as they portray themselves to be.
