Bad service

Been meaning to write this review about Selectacars. Sadly it’s not a good one. I’m local and you would of thought they would be nice Sadly they wasn’t. My tyre burst right outside their store and I panicked and ran in and said I have someone coming to help me I’ll get it moved. The guy in the office was extremely rude and said you have to move it and I heard the Big Bang of the tyre I wondered what it was! ( they didn’t even bother to come out and check if they heard it ) Clearly they only bothered about what their store looks like and selling rather then helping people. So I would be careful buying cars from these guys wondering what their tyres are like on their cars. Very disappointing. Also look at their response on Facebook. It goes to show they lack customer service. Perhaps they need re training in this area.
