Pleasant experience, Friendly Staff.

I bought a ford direct car and noticed some warped body trim beginning to come away so expecting problems I reported it straight away. Wow , I was taken aback by the friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. They had to order the new parts and when the parts arrived they fitted them the next day, all in all it took two weeks and this was over the Christmas holiday period. I know I'm repeating myself but it's like a breath of fresh air to get smiles and friendly faces these day. Well done Matlock Ford.
