Car belonged to some one else

Being a customer of Allied Mobility I was shocked and horrified that the latest car I was buying actually did and according to the sales manager was owed by someone else. The car was an absolute barging and would have saved me between £3,000 and £4.500 on current prices. On the 14th Jan I book a viewing and test drive, on the Tuesday I was so impressed with the price and the condition we rang them several times to pay for it outright or put a deposit on it but the receptionist said no one was available to talk to. By Wednesday I gave up and just thought I would wait for the test dive Thursday morning. On Thursday they sent the car from Glasgow to Bangor I weathered the car for my mobility scooters and they fitted ok. After the a test drive, I was so impressed I told the driver I would buy it there and then but he told me to contact the office and pay them, it was then we discovered that the car belonged to some one else
