Waste of time

Arnold Clark Glasgow Motorstore on London Road are amateurs. Just spent my morning travelling to and from this place to test drive a car they'd already sold. I noted interest in a car last week and when I received a callback I asked to reserve the car and book a test drive. Was told I'd receive an email with a video which never arrived. I even called up the day before my appointment to make sure I was booked in because I hadn't heard anything. I was told I was still booked in and the specific car was even mentioned to me during this conversation. I had already rearranged my morning to attend this appointment. During my visit, when working out a payment plan (before we knew the car had been sold) the salesman (Michael) tried to tell me that putting a smaller deposit down means I'd pay more for the car in the long run, which I'm not sure is true. I'm not sure I received one single apology during all of this - for the lack of an email or for selling the car I was booked in to test drive - and the salesman even took an argumentative tone with me when I said that I'd called up to reserve the car. Very disappointing.
