Arrived at Used Cars of Bristol to look at a different car than we purchased.We didn't like the colour of the other car.(Ford Mondeo).My wife looked around for 20 minutes and sat in several car's.Selected a white Audi A6.Salesman was typical trade centre guy.Not the greatest.... SORRY but true. Had been given a price for our car only to have it reduced by £970.00 because I he boss said so🤔.No discount offered on our possible purchase. Screen price only mate😡take it or leave it.Hardly a way to encourage anyone. Usual back and forth to the office.blah blah blah. Finally purchased the car next day.My wife loves it. Car seems excellent.Dealer not so much.No coffee offered on either visit.Office was freezing.Made to feel like it's just a numbers game to them. No customer service skills,and salesman wasn't really bothering one way or another. Can safely say won't be using them again. Would Not recommend the travel as cars are dearer if you px.Quite frankly.. 😡 Shocking 😡
