I would like to pass on our gratitude and thanks to Steve the Service Manager of Thomas Bee, Ford Dealer in Lydney for the prompt and efficient service we received today 19/5/15. We traveled over 90 miles and they fixed a problem in under 2 hrs unlike another Ford Dealer who had our car (Ford Mondeo Estate Business Edition) for 3 weeks and failed to resolve the issue.
