I couldn't recommend this company.

After a few days of negotiating with Bedford Specialist cars with emails going back and forth I certainly believed that we had successfully negotiated a deal at least in principle on a particular car, I had been searching for this make, model and spec for quite some time so you can imagine how happy I was to finally see an end to my search and all that remained was to go and view the car and if it checked out hand over the cash, they didn't ask for a deposit? But I would have happily paid one if they had asked me to do so Unfortunately in the interim of me arranging a time off work and transport to view the car so a couple of days...they sold the car to someone else! As far as I was concerned I am a man of my word and there would be no reason for a courtesy call from them to ask me if I was still interested in the car, but if they were for any reason unsure of my commitment then of course they were very welcome to call me and ask me to confirm but unfortunately that didn't happen? No text, no email no nothing they just flat out sold the car to someone else, this in my opinion was at the very least discourteous and very unprofessional! I don't see why it says "we have a reputation for quality customer service" on their website, because that certainly doesn't seem to be accurate in this case, they don't seem to be interested in looking after their clients or at least it doesn't feel that way and as you may imagine I certainly don't feel important to them and instead I am left feeling bitterly disappointed such a waste of my time and so completely unnecessary, I have appealed to them about this but I have not yet received any reply.
