Dissapointed lady driver

When I showed an interest in buying the car from Stoneham Motor Company the dealer waved an MOT cert at me saying 'no advisories'. In the wallet there was a certificate of an MOT which had been carried 3 weeks earlier than the current cert, with 4 advisories, 2 were suspension related, 1 was brake pads, and the 4th was an oil leak. Within 1 week of purchase I realised there were problems with the brakes and suspension and was told it was not covered by the warranty. It was only the evidence of 2 MOTs (clearly untruthful as the advisories had not been actioned) that convinced the dealer to take responsibility but there was never a convenient time. Eventually he put my car in to a garage under warranty but did not get the brake pads done but told me everything had been done. It has been a painful, and frustrating experience and only my determination eventually got the job done. I still have the other suspension and oil leak to deal with. P.S. the car was not even the cheapest around.
