Terrible service no accountability

Where to start with Infiniti Centre Birmingham, bought brand new QX30 in May. Day of delivery Birmingham Dealership had acrewed up paperwork sat around for 3 hours and left without the car. Next car delivered and no puncture kit was told the tyres were runflats so I have a puncture drive 10 mile home to find out they weren't runflats. Car is 6 month old done 5k miles and the service light comes on spoke to centre and they say bring it in we have set it up wrong when it was delivered. Your not buying just a car your buying an experience is their advertising slogan. Well do you yourself a favour get a better experience. I will be going back to Mercedes next year.
