Professional when things go wrong
My son bought his first car from Oxford Car Centre on 15 December but had a major electrical problem within the first week. We returned the car for repair but the garage was closed until 2nd January. On 3rd of January OCC said the repair would likely take a week and they were very quick to offer a full refund if my son chose, which he did. The mark of a good garage is not whether there IS a problem, but how professionally they sort it out. I would recommend this garage. Thanks Chris.
