My husband and I bought our first used car from Greystone last month. It was a newshape Mercedes Estate, we always leased cars before buying this one so were a little wary of a second hand car. All our concerns were put to rest on visiting the guys at Greystone, we'd visited a few dealers before them and viewed all manner of cars. We always left rather disappointed or in some cases intimidated! We were delighted with the car and the experience was both quick, easy and pleasant! The car was presented perfectly, serviced and ready to drive away. Having read the other review of Greystone afterwards i was most surprised. Perhaps some people just like to complain about everything? We had an issue where we had misplaced the locking wheel nut key following a puncture, a quick call to Nigel and we had another sorted the next day with his help. Nothing was too much trouble. A true gem among a sea of cowboys! I would definitely recommend to anyone considering buying their next car from them. Easy to talk to, friendly and really genuine.
