This dealer is great when you are buying but woe betide you if something goes wrong and you need to deal with their service dept. A car I bought from them has broken down three times in 8 months. They level of customer service I received has been hands down the worst I have ever recieved from any organisation. This company cannot even get conducting a simple phone call right. You are passed around, put on hold indefinitely, put through to numbers which ring out and given numbers which no longer work to call. On one occasion the receptionist I had spoken to and who had put me through to a number which rang out pretended too be a different person when I called back. You will be promised call backs which will never happen and your emails will be ignored. This is the third car I have bought through Peter Vardy, the first two were fine however the crap I have had to put up with over the third one was so bad that on principle I will never deal with this company again. And if you take my advice, neither should you.
