I picked up an 11 plate van from Exit 41 Commercials and on way home it would not rev above 3000 and there severe loss of power and banging noise from the engine. Called them same day to report it, they asked us to take it back so they could look at it but wouldn't start and when it eventually did sounded like the engine was about to fall out. Turned it around immediately after a few yards and parked it up again. Guys came to collect it from us, same noises happening but they managed to limp it away. After 1 week, we get a call to say there is nothing wrong with it. Knowing this is not the case we asked for further investigation to which 3 weeks later still has not been done. Today we asked for a refund and were told no. The van has appeared back on our driveway... Court proceedings started, I would say beware of Exit 41 Commercials.
