Disappointing and insulting

Went to buy a car from TrustFord Cobham. They came up with a price £8105 plus my old car in part exchange. I suggested a price of £8000, the £105 being a tiny percentage discount. I was told this was not possible as they don't make any money out of selling cars (!!!!), but they generously offered to let me off the £5. How insulting. There was also some mention of a £10 admin charge, but god knows what for.  And what is all this running in and out of the manager's office every 5 minutes? Its exhausting and annoying, Can't your salesmen make decisions for themselves and, if not, I suggest you train them better.
