Purchased a car for £1300 on 21/12/18 on 29/12/18 EML light came on had to call AA who have sent a report stating that the DPF is faulty on calling the garage James explained nothing can be done as no warranty is given and I'd have to email a director , I got a call back from the office on my mobile to check if it was the correct number as I had called in the morning from a landline l, Ross called me back and was unwilling to help he was rude and arrogant and claims i signed a document which is bullshit further more he called me back again saying they have no record of selling me that car so how did you get my details Ross as James clearly stated that you have it on file I suspect fraud.
