Very POOR indeed

Never known an actual dealership with such POOR customer quality as Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall Dunstable. Call the car back on a recall. Then we're told sorry but we don't have the part. Then the alarm is faulty. In twice for diagnosis . Problem diagnosed. Need to order parts. We'll get back to you. Two weeks later and failing to answer the phone multiple times. We take time out to actually call in to find out what's happening. Staff on the desk can't find the car on the system so helpfully go and speak to the technician who diagnosed the fault. It might be the lock, it might be the interior light. Hang on you've already quoted £345. Now you ell me you're not really sure what is causing the problem and no parts have been ordered. So how do you know it's £345.00. Needless to say we will not now or ever again use this dealership. Heavy costs. No idea.
