Shocking service

The 4 times i have visited the Infiniti Leeds site at varying times of day there has never been anyone on reception and i have been kept waiting for upto 20 minutes to be attended to. I had my recent service done at another garage who had to obtain the parts from the Infiniti garage in Leeds ( they wanted nearly £300 to change the oil and filter) because Infiniti have not released the software to reset the service due message the Infiniti garage tried to charge me £66 to reset this. The couldn't care less attitude of the site manager Rav is not what you would expect from any business. I was going to book my car in there for a safety recall for the airbag for which the dealership are paid very handsomely for only 40 minutes work. I originally got the car from network vehicles on contract hire and they were nearly £100 cheaper per month than going direct to the dealership as network had bought 2000 vehicles direct from Infiniti at a massive discount. This irked the Infiniti dealers as i visited them prior to getting the vehicle as i prefer to deal with local outlets but they were so far out on price it wasn't feasible. The salesman at the time was abrupt and this theme has continued over the last 16 months. Its a good product but it will not gain the market share with the attitude shown by its front line people. I have written to Infiniti directly with my concerns.
