Can't help feeling I've been conned

Bought a car from a garage forecourt believing my contract was with Vehicle Solutions. When I started having problems I took it in knowing that I was just outside the warranty period for parts but should have been covered a further 3 months for labour. The person who sold me the car had left and they would not honour the warranty. This has turned out to be the most unreliable car I have ever owned. I have had to call recovery twice in the last month and nobody seems to be able to locate the fault. We live and learn!!
