Bad customer service after sale!

PLEASE AVOID CASS AUTOS! We have bought our car from this dealer in September and we’re happy with the purchase at the time. However after few weeks we kept smelling burning smell from the back wheel. We notified the dealer who responded it’s a new exhaust smell which would go away soon. We tried to ignore it but the smell was getting worse therefore we have taken it to service where they found out the breaks were binding causing the wheel overheating. We had to change the break pads and the discs which were completely worn off after 2000 miles which we have done since we have bought the car. We were still in our 3 months warranty but the garage refused to acknowledge any problems and won’t pay any money towards the Invoice! Not sure why they are offering 3 months of warranty after sale when they don’t keep up the promise. It shows that all they care is only the sale commission and after that they don’t want to hear from you or deal with the customer at all. Good day Gavin!
