Outstanding Customer Support

I’ve read some negative reviews from others unhappy with their service so felt I needed to just put the other side of the coin. I bought my car as a quality used car from Eden Vauxhall and have had it MOTed and serviced every year of the three years Ive had it. I did find some issues that didn’t get picked up properly and so were never corrected. I wrote to the company about my issues and that I wasn’t happy with their failure to sort it out. Their customer service manager took up my case and I can only describe their support as outstanding. They took my car for three days and gave me a courtesy car so I was never left without wheels. They delved deeper and found the cause of my problems, they did the repairs, replacing parts where needed and then called to tell me it was ready. They test drove it to ensure it was running really smoothly. I asked how much all this was going to cost me. Their reply was ‘Nothing Sir, we are going to bear the cost ourselves, your satisfaction is important to us. Have a good Christmas!’ Wow, that blew me away and I can’t thank them enough. So please, there are many very positive results and happy customers but perhaps they don’t come on review sites to say so. Thank you Eden, I am a very happy customer.
