Very rude and abrupt

Having spotted a car I liked the look of on their website, I gave First Cars Direct a ring to ask if it was still available so I could come and look at it. Right from the start the man on the other end of the phone was snappy and obviously wanting to get rid of me. He told me that the car Id seen had been sold and when I asked if they had any similar cars I was told that they had a couple and just to go on to the website and I would see them! He didn't even want to tell me about them. Oh well FDCs, I called you when I was actively looking for a car, had a decent budget and would have given you a cash sale, although going by some of the other reviews on here, I'm actually thankful it never got past the snappy phonecall stage!
