Difficult to do business with

Really liked a demonstrator Bristos Ipswich had for sale but it was overpriced and they couldn't even tell me when the car might be actually available to buy despite advertising it for sale. Also got a price for a new car but the wait was too long. I bought elsehwhere as I got a better price for the same model with some extras and was honest enough to email their sales rep to apologise I couldn't give him the business. Having spouted at me about building long term relationships the rep completely ignored my email and therefore has made sure that I won't take the car there for servicing and won't order the extras such as the dog guard and tow hitch through them either. Very short sighted.
