Dreadful Customer Service

Went to Cooper Mini Colchester on Saturday afternoon around 4.30pm. My wife was looking for a new mini. There was 5 sales staff all behind there desks either looking at the computer or there mobile phones. We wandered around for at least 10 minutes and not one of the staff asked if we needed any advice. I then asked one of these "sales staff" a question about the Mini Convertible - Her reply was what you see is what you get! Then she said to the lady next to her I am off. On the way out the reception lady asked if we needed any help! I said to her this must be the worst customer service I have ever received in 46 years. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
