Awful experience

Used Cars of Bristol are absolutely awful. Have a valuation of my vehicle over the phone. Admit the guy says roughly. Drove for 2 hours to get there. Arrived and was told that the vehicle I was going to purchase was £500 more as I was part exchanging. Then they wanted to add another £149 for something. Came back with a valuation of £2000 less than on the phone. Reason. Cream Leather interior. Complete waste of time. Beware everybody as they get you there. Ended up wasting a complete day, fuel etc for nothing.
