Friendly service and great deal

Hi Just wanted to thank Rob at Stoneacre Kia Lincoln for all of his help with me finding my new car. it was Rob's first sale but you couldn't tell from his knowledge and customer care. We dealt with 4 different Team members though all very helpful. My only way to improve this service would be to include all costs together including the tax as this wasn't mentioned until after all of the other paperwork was done, also as I don't work with cars and am nowhere near a petrol head again knowing before I dropped off my old car that a log book would be required would also save an additional trip.
