An enjoyable and a most satisfactory experience - this is my honest appraisal of my dealings with Finsley Gate car sales ltd. Burnley where I purchased a lovely 8 year old Honda Jazz in November 2018. I have never had any previous dealings with this company neither have they requested I send this review. It is completely of my own volition and is my honest unbiased evaluation of Finsley Gate car sales. Having purchased numerous second hand cars over several decades, I was not looking forward to the frustrations one frequently experiences in dealing with used car dealerships. I initially spoke by phone with a courteous gentleman called Naeem who was most helpful and explained the entire service history and condition of the vehicle I was interested in . Naeem had all the supporting documentation readily available and could immediately answer all my questions relating to this car. Impressed so far, I called after that weekend to view the car. Naeem greeted me and invited me to take a long test drive on an adjacent traffic free road .He suggested we stop at a place en. route to thoroughly examine the car to satisfy myself that the car was as described. The car was exactly as described and was indeed in superb condition throughout and presented in impeccable condition. We returned to base and concluded the usual documentation , again all unpressurised and unhurried . We shook hands and I drove away , a very impressed and satisfied new owner of a lovely Honda jazz. When purchasing my next vehicle my first call will be to Finsley Gate car sales Burnley. Michael Henry
