"FREE MOT`S for as long as you own the vehicle" In the warranty booklet it says this, but the salesman and the terms and conditions both said nothing about the "EXTRA WARRANTY YOU NEED TO GET THIS....Even if the vehicle has been serviced as stipulated. The terms and conditions do not state this , the salesman did not mention it. And 1 year later after being told it was free upon booking, AND when I checked the afternoon before arrival...But 7 hours after leaving the car with them I was called and told "Its not free, its £38". When I brought up the subject, The response I received was that it was obvious and both myself and my wife had misunderstood him. I quote: "we don`t just give people free MOT`S" He did not attempt to show me where in the T&C`s it says ITS NOT FREE UNLESS... No remorse or apology from that particular salesman, showing un-professionalism and arrogance. I ended up paying for the MOT, as no good will gesture was made. I will not be using you again.
