Don't actually fix cars

My car has been to JCS Kegworth 3 times for the same issue and I spent nearly £800 to fix it the second time as wasn't under warranty any more. I got told there isn't a fault at all although driving the car home this fault happened but apparently they is no issue. My clutch drops to the floor and I can't select gear unless I pull it back up. Useless garage just tried to fix another issue and ignored the actual problem.
