First time purchase

This is the first time we have purchased a car from Nick King Car Sales. There was a good selection of cars at the Cinderford branch and we ended up buying a Peugeot. The car had been serviced and came with a new MOT with no advisories. The staff there were very friendly and helpful in matching our requirements to find a suitable vehicle. A couple of minor problems were fixed before we bought. We elected to extend the warranty from 3 to 12 months. This was six months ago. In the intervening period the aircon suddenly would not supply cold air. Unable to correct the problem, the car had to be taken to a specialist firm. In the meantime we were provided with the use of another car. The aircon condenser was replaced and all costs covered by the warranty. A month later an intermittent knocking and squeaking noise was heard behind the dashboard. The car was returned again and the fault eventually traced to a failing suspension mount. Again we had the use of a car and there was no charge. On both occasions, the manager Will was very pleasant to deal with and there was no attempt to dismiss these problems. He ensured that we were back on the road as soon as possible. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning when we upgrade this car.
