Do not waste your time and money

I bought a BMW X5 from Chelmsford Prestige. Biggest mistake I could make. From day 1 the car had issues with the gearbox amongst other things. We took it back and they had it 13 days to rectify the faults. They kept saying that the mechanic was part time and hadn’t had time to fix it. The day I got it back I was told they were also waiting for a part for the washer jets as they had previously been superglued - hence they weren’t working and yet Chelmsford Prestige had put a new mot on the car prior to sale!!!!!! That is a failure but it passed. After the gearbox faults not been rectified we got a full refund on the vehicle! Avoid avoid avoid!
