Two months after buying a used vehicle from HR Autos without even bargaining a penny off the asking price he has yet to send me the invoice receipt and warranty papers. This all despite numerous phone calls, emails and texts. Vehicle registration document was only sent after much fanfare 7 weeks after the vehicle was bought and he couldn’t even spell my name correctly so I’ll have to contact the dvla to get that sorted. This guy is a complete cowboy.
